This is how much of a nerd I am

So I was very excited to blog today, not because I have anything of interest to say, just because, well, I was going to say 'because it seemed like a fun thing to do' but that's not quite it. I'll get back to you (well I probably won't).

So after I'd finished my last entry, my friend, Kate, picked me and my other firend, Rowena, up to go to McDonalds. And, yes, the plan was actually to go to Maccas. Oh the exciting lives we lead. We go there because it's the perfect place to have a little games night. We can eat and be as loud as we like without anyone caring. In the past we've played epic games of Speed and Uno and the other usual games like poker etc. Last night, well the night before, I taught the girls how to play Mao, by which i basically said, 'we're about to play a game that's very unfair, I'm not going to tell you the rules'. Some play the game in total silence but I like the way I was taught to play because you get penalized if you ask a question which makes for some hilarity. We also brought in a rule about swearing and I just couldn't keep quiet. I was the worst player and I was the one teaching the game. oh dear. I also kept of picking up my cards during 'point of order'. I'm such an idiot. The idea of the game, obviously, is that you get penailsed until you learn the rules, and well, it seems that I just can not be taught.

So then last night we had a 'cocktail' night, which was a bad idea seeing as I can't make cocktails. At a fruit shop near us theywere selling lemons for 5 cents so of course we bought 20. And I can tell you 20 lemons is a lot! I made one with chamagne, lemon and orange juice and it was horrible, thank goodnes Sian made us one using Cowboys which was awesome. It had icecream in it and no lemons, enough said. It was basically a Glee (the Chenno episode!!!) and Beauty and the Geek night. One of the geeks looks like Rohan, Robofillet, and he has a Pokemon hat, so i think I'm in love, which is very silly.

I'm gonna put in a rule that I get one complaint per day (of course I can change this rule if necessary). My complaint for today is that I never get emails telling me when italktosnakes updates dailybooth, everyone else I get, especially people I really have no interest in, that for some reason i ah.... subscribed (???) to. So once again, my problems are oh so monumental.

And, just randomly, I've already learnt from my blogging experience that I am in no way a master of the english language. go me!

Until next time
Katherine
