Walking till we fall

Yeah, it's a Newsies quote. And, I know that my excuse is usually I don't put any effort into thinking up a title so maybe that should be my theme, the fist quote I can think of no matter what it is. It's got the whole, no second chances, menace to it. I'm talking shit now, which is always fun.

So. I'm freaking tired. And more than that, I'm in pain. My legs hurt. It's great. And I only have myself to blame (that's a rhyme). (PoTC Dead Man's Chest just came on so I'm gonna watch that as I type, hope you don't mind) (I've just realised it's quite distracting) So where was I? Oh yeah, so I catch the bus into work, as you do. But I don't really know which one is the best to catch home. So I get to a point and either have to catch another one or walk the 3km to my house. The first day I thought I would be ok walking, so I did. Not too tricky. The second day there was no other bus, so I had to walk. At night too, which was scary as anything (And I also kind of promised my dad I wouldn't walk home at night. oopsie). So now we come to today, And I really don't want to stand. and I have a 6 or 7 hour shift tomorrow, and my job is basically all standing and being excited.

Today, a family decided to sit outside the gate which I was manning (or womaning, god I am tired) and we're supposed to you know, be friendly and talk to people while they're waiting in line, so i got to sit down and chat to the kids. Highlight of my day!!! on that note, work is still good. Went a bit psycho-solemn-serious Katherine when I discovered some of my workmates don't have blue (working with children) cards. I'm a saftey freak, what can I say?

well, I've got nothing else to say
Until next time
Katherine
